While Travis Pike was convalescing from a near fatal car accident in the mid-1960s, he began writing an eclectic mix of ballads, rock & roll tunes, and eccentric novelty songs. Skipping ahead to the 21st Century, Travis finally recorded several of these songs for all of us to enjoy. Each track is unique, showing off Travis's far-ranging musical styles. (Full disclosure: I participated in two tracks on that CD, speaking the role of Peter in Screamin' Caretaker Blues and singing along in the chorus of his most popular Loup Garou.
